Core Strategies

Infrastructure
This strategy adopts a landscape-level approach starting in the U.S. Upper Midwest, investing in critical infrastructure that supports regenerative agriculture, including real assets, services, and technologies.
It aims to unify fragmented efforts, leverage existing resources, and establish long-term markets for regenerative ingredients by aligning supply chains and securing demand from off-takers.
Green Acres Milling
Green Acres Milling, a majority female-owned agricultural consulting firm, is establishing a farmer-focused oat processing and clean energy facility in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The mill will serve growers within a 120-mile radius, offering fair prices, allergen-free processing, and QR-code traceability to support regenerative, food-grade oat production. Filling a critical infrastructure gap enables farmers to diversify beyond commodity crops, strengthens local economies, and connects values-aligned markets with identity-preserved, non-GMO, non-desiccated oats.
Financial Intermediaries
Investing in new and existing financial intermediaries to innovative and strengthen the flow of capital to farms and businesses, driving regenerative transition.
These intermediaries span the capital spectrum, enabling more targeted, flexible financing solutions for producers and innovators alike.

Data and Insurance
This strategy supports tools and platforms that collect, verify, and utilize data to reduce risk and unlock value in regenerative systems.
Advancements in measurement, monitoring, and insurance solutions help de-risk investments, improve transparency, and support performance-based financing.
Natural Assets
Investments in natural assets aim to align ecological stewardship with long-term financial value.
This approach supports landscape regeneration, carbon sequestration, water quality, and biodiversity, while delivering durable returns through ecosystem service markets or improved land productivity.
